- Care instructions: Spot clean with mild detergent and cold water, but toy may be machine washed in cold water, gentle cycle, if needed. Best to dry at low or no heat in a pillow case or similar to reduce risk of scratching “eyes.”

Returns

The policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete exchange or refund.
You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition as the day you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
